Hello everybody !After a long time i had studied and worked so much, now I make a new work for New Year 2006.
Well actually, this is Mercury ( as u know, i drew Serenity princess ). And the name must be MERCURY AQUA DANCING
. But i didnt give it that name cause the hair of the girl is not blue so maybe she can be called Mercury. So I name it AQUA DANCING. Make it for Spring 2006.Spring's coming and the Lunar ( or Chinese) New Year is coming too. Again i wish all of you are healthy and happy !

i have a crit concerning the title...
she looks a little like she was just in her finishing-pose (ala: tadaa! now it's up to the jury...
the word aqua isn't necessary imo, too because dancing _is liquid.
maybe you could pronounce this by giving the title more flow itself.
...
well, i'm not really in the position to crit such awesome works, but i tend to do anyways... sorry for that

I really like the drapery and the flower. I also like the strong lighting contrast. The only thing...a very, very small thing is her pose; you can draw a straight line through her from head to toe. This pose probably makes her look statiic instead of dancing in motion.
But it is still a really wonderful gorgeous painting

This work creates quite a wooohhh effect, but is for my liking a bit too overpowering in its colours. The dress is too much for the person to become the focal point of attention. But then, it is different, which I appreciate as well.
