Great drawing! I really like the shadowing on the leaves and how they become darker at the bottom.
but the dark "spots" at the right of some of the leave are a bit disturbing, are they places where you erased a bit and it didn't go away or is is a bit wiped out there?

Compared to other drawings of this site, it does lack depth, just too flat and pencil strokes are done too cautiously, therefore stiffish. But keep up the work, it'll come. I also always recommend to add some design features with a subject like this one. Seen this too many times, gets old fashion and boring. I suggest to draw little thumnails of subject first and play with composition, before making final drawing.
